Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt is also required.

Return Shipping and Restocking Fees

If a return is requested for reasons not attributable to an error or fault on our part, including but not limited to ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, changing your mind, or personal preference:

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Prepaid return shipping labels will not be provided.

• A restocking fee may apply of upto 15% of the item's purchase price depending on the reason for the return and the condition of the returned item. Any applicable fee will be communicated before the return is approved.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

If the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, PinoyShirt.com will cover the return shipping costs and no restocking fee will apply.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less any applicable restocking fees. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
